It is a pleasure to serve as your State Representative.

“What’s been going on?” you ask… Well, since the beginning of the 95th General Assembly in January, I have sponsored or co-sponsored over 160 bills in the House of Representatives – all with your needs in mind.

The 38th District is well respected by all in Springfield. We are a vibrant, growing region with a bright future. That is a great framework for what we can become.

I have a plan (I am a city planner, you know) that will assist in making our area all that it should be… a kind of “Promise of the Southland.” This plan has already started. It endeavors to bring business, government, major universities, research agencies and the public together for community, cultural and economic development in this region. I need your help to make it a reality. Thank you for the support that you have given me throughout the years.
